Current service
Forjento now provides business workflow resources and digital tools. The homeowner referral marketplace is paused. We do not offer new paid homeowner lead transfers through the current website. Any prior inquiries remain subject to their collection disclosures and applicable rights; they are not repurposed as permission to market this new offer.
Free tools
The free starting planner and cost calculator process answers within the page without sending the entered values to Forjento. They do not require a customer list, business name, account or email. Language and privacy preferences may be stored in the browser.
Purchases and support
Purchases use Wix commerce and its payment providers. They process order, contact, billing and payment information needed for checkout, delivery, support, fraud prevention and required records. Forjento can access order and support records through its authorized accounts. Support collects contact information, inquiry details and optional order reference. Do not submit card numbers or identity documents.
Digital workbook
The purchased workbook stores records in the browser on the device where you open it. It does not send workbook entries to Forjento. JSON exports are files you control. Local data is not encrypted by the workbook; avoid sensitive information and protect your device and backups.
Vendors, logs and tracking
Wix hosts the site and supplies forms, commerce and visitor authentication. Its infrastructure may process IP addresses, device/browser information, logs and cookies. The custom resource pages contain no third-party ad pixel or session replay code. This does not establish that all platform tracking has been independently audited. Browser Do Not Track does not trigger a separate custom response. Global Privacy Control and the privacy-choice preference are detected by our privacy controls; privacy submissions record them.
Retention and choices
Order and support retention depends on fulfillment, refund handling, applicable accounting/legal obligations and dispute needs. Prior referral inquiries are not sold under the current offer. Browser preferences can be cleared with browser controls; that does not delete order records. You can request access, correction, deletion or sale/sharing opt-out using the dedicated privacy page. Provide only details needed to locate your record. Reasonable verification may be required for access or deletion, but sale/sharing opt-outs do not require identity verification. Applicable exceptions may permit or require retention.
Children and changes
These business resources and purchases are intended for adults. A parent or guardian can contact us through privacy requests about a child’s submission. Changes to practices will be reflected in this policy with an updated effective date. This policy is not a certification that the business meets every legal requirement.
