Use a modern desktop browser. Choose English or Spanish, then start with a job reference code instead of customer personal details. No installation or Excel subscription is required.
3 / Export a backup
Jobs and setup progress save in that browser when storage is available. Export JSON regularly. Keep the ZIP and backups safe; clearing browser storage can erase local records.
Best for an owner or small team using one device. For shared live records, automatic invoicing or cross-device sync, use a dedicated business system.

Does it handle legal forms or trade training?
